The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a knack for cultivating long-term relationships, particularly within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Conduct cold calls, arrange client meetings, and facilitate product demonstrations (both online and offline) to showcase our offerings to potential hospitality sector clients.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Zoho, to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including venue owners and restaurant managers.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics using CRM tools and share insights to enhance team performance.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits of Egora’s platform.
- Deal Negotiation: Collaborate with the internal team to negotiate terms and successfully close deals.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to strengthen existing client relationships.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
- Product Feedback: Relay client feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure our offerings align with customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, especially in the restaurant, cafe, or hospitality sectors, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and sales analytics tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
